- Driver or staff will wait for you at arrival exit according to actual flight arrival time with lead traveler’s name on signboard.
- If you don’t show up within 90 minutes from actual flight arrival time, your booking will be cancelled with full charge.
- If you would like to rent a cell phone, exchange Japan Rail pass and go to delivery service, please inform it in advance.
- Please specify drop-off point in central Tokyo ( 23 wards ).
