  • 2020-03-27 : Reopen sales during the Olympic games 2020

    Olympic games in Tokyo is postponed to 2021, so we will re-open to sell Airport Shuttle,
    Yokohama Port Shuttle and Airport Taxi from July 23rd to August 10th, 2020.

  • 2020-03-19 : Airport Shuttle and Airport Taxi are suspended during April

    In consideration of the unpredictable situation due to the global expansion of COVID-19,
    we have decided to suspend the operation of Airport Shuttle and Airport Taxi
    from April 1 to April 30, 2020.
    If you have a reservation, please cancel from our website or send email.

  • 2020-02-05 : Operating hour of Narita Airport Shuttle will be changed.

    Narita airport shuttle is operated from the first flight arriving in the morning to 20:30 at the scheduled arrival time.
    After 20:30, please use Airport Taxi GREEN TOMATO.
    It will be changed from March 2, 2020 based on booking date, not service date.
    If you have already booked for Narita Airport Shuttle, you will be provided the service.

    From January 2020, our business day will be changed to Monday - Friday, 9:00 ~18:00.

  • 2019-12-04 : How to notification of pick-up time at the hotel will change

    We have provided an approximate pick-up time when you make a booking.
    When pickup time change occurs, notify the hotel where the customer is staying.
    Although it was informed by FAX, the customer didn't receive the paper, the business burden on the hotel increased, the customer didn't know our company name and didn't trust the notification and there were various problems.
    Therefore, the email address of the customer or the person in charge is required from a reservation from January 6th.
    This will prevent you from being notified of your pick-up time at the time of booking, your pick-up time will be sent to your registered email address.
    Some hotels that have not been on the list so far due to the absence of fax from our company, It will be changed from time to time so that it can be used on the shuttle.

  • 2019-10-30 : Notice of sales suspension

    During Olym the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, it is difficult to secure vehicles, and also traffic congestion seems to exceed expectations.
