Some seats are also sold out in May, so please make your reservation as soon as possible.
1. Airport
We wait for guests for 60 minutes starting 30 minutes after flight
actual arrival time with GREEN TOMATO on a signboard.
Recently, the airport customs seems to be very very crowded.
If you cannot show up the arrivals exit in time, please contact the emergency contact number.
When you make a contact, please tell our booking number and flight number.
If there is no contact and the flight number has disappeared from the bulletin board in airport,
and the waiting time has passed, it will be cancelled as No-Show.
Before cancelled (No-Show), we make paging twice and check
whether there is someone who is looking for us.
2. Hotel
We will inform hotel pickup time by email by the day before the service.
Usually, we will send email about 2-3 days before,so please confirm it surely.
And, driver will arrive at hotel about 10 minutes before the pickup time.
We would like to depart to next hotel smoothly,
so please wait driver around bell-desk or ground floor (waiting area)
about 5-10 minutes before the pickup time.
Driver hold a signboard with GREEN TOMATO.
If we cannot meet with customer soon,
we will leave to next hotel and the booking will be cancelled No-Show.
Before cancelled (No-Show),
driver will check (1) check-out status, (2) find reception floor with help of the hotel staff.

The seat availability displayed at the time of reservation is based on the number of seats per day,
so it is not a seat availability guide for the time you use.

7 days : regular price of 3,500 yen → 2,500 yen
15 days: regular price of 4,000 yen → 3,000 yen
When you make a reservation of Airport Shuttle, you can add number of SIM card,
and then the amount is added to shuttle fee.

Operation hours of Narita Airport Shuttle is 6:00 – 20:30 based on estimated time of arrival.
All of flights are available for Haneda Airport Shuttle currently but it will be changed
from January 1, 2023 based on service date.
Operation hours of Haneda Airport Shuttle will be changed to 5:00 –20:30.
It is possible to arrange Airport Taxi or Private Transfer out of hours.
